Customized protocols are channeled based a vast library of frequencies. This protocol is applied and played through The RASHA® during each of your upgrades. You will listen remotely to the sounds through headphones, and with focused intention, and your brainwaves will begin to resonate with the RASHA® and your nervous system and energetic field will drop into coherence.

Rasha has been absolutely amazing for me especially on the physical side. Sessions are 60-75 minutes long depending on the length of the particular frequencies used for that session. As this is the newest iteration of the RASHA® it’s a lot stronger than previous versions and so this is the optimal amount of time to receive the frequencies.

Attend all 12 sessions (2 x sessions per week once on a Thursday and once on a Saturday, you do not and should not be attending both sessions in one day to fully allow yourself time to integrate) for the full upgrade experience. Register on the link below

WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY REMOTE UPGRADE?
60-75 minutes of time is optimal to achieve the deepest level of consciousness coherence. This time is intended for you to be fully present, with no distractions or notifications, eyes closed with an eye mask, or you may choose to have your eyes open with a gentle yet fully focused awareness in a very comfortable seated or fully reclined position. Creating an environment free of distractions will be key to receiving the greatest benefit from your time with The RASHA®.

High quality bluetooth noise canceling headphones such as Bose Quiet Comfort II and a high speed wifi / cellular signal / direct ethernet router connection will allow for a clearer signal. For i-phone users (lightning cable - to 3.5mm aux) use an audio adapter to listen with wired headphones for highest quality experience.
You do not need to and should not be attending both sessions on the same day in order to allow yourself integration time and ensure that you do not overload yourself. Wired headphones are recommended, but Bluetooth will work if that is what you have.

You can either set an intention beforehand to focus on during the upgrade, you can use breath work , or you can clear their mind fully of everything and just get into that deep flow state!

IF I MISS A SESSION CAN I MAKE IT UP?
Each day we will have two sessions available for separate time zones. You only need to do one meditation per day, so if you miss the first there will be one more. If you are unable to make one of the 12 sessions, you will be ok. Understand that energetically you are still part of the container, and if you have the ability to close your eyes and tune in, you may be amazed at the wonders of the quantum non-local experience.
